Putting two new thermos on my Brinkman Trailmaster in the A.M. and then smoking a few racks of ribs, bacon wrapped corn, and baked potatoes. Itching to smoke!

Yeah thinking about a convection plate cos temps are still about 25 degrees different from side to side. Got her rollin now though with tuning plates. Does ok I guess.
