New Tank for a new smoker = ????'s

I picked up a 250 gallon LP tank today that held gas as recent as 6 months ago. What is the best was to clean this tank out before cutting on it with a plasma torch? I want to work on cutting doors in this thing within the next week or two?

Tremendous help Dave. I remember reading somewhere about filling tank with water but that was about all I could remember. Thanks for the link to your info, I appreciate it.
