Got the new stuffer ready for 6 pounds of sticks.

Started out fairly on slow speed.

Ok i had to slow it down more. All new to me so i had to keep up. Not my best stuffing job.

I should have gotten motorized years ago. Did 6 lbs in bout 8 mins.

How where did that nepas guy go :emoji_astonished:
 
Looks ok to me. Little practice and they'll be commercial looking...
 
The sticks i used 19mm collagen.

Just bout done smoking and at IT.

What are you throwing out to make room for the new "tool" ???

I have room in the front closet after i take the air fryer and the huge KA out of there. Was doing up sizing to be prepped for a house again, lol My next project is another cure fridge. I'm glad i saved all my equipment for it.
 
Got the sticks cut and taste tested.
