New Smoker ready to Grill

Hi Everyone,

  I am working my way through all of the information on this site and it is great.  Nice to see a group for women online because I have yet to meet any that use a smoker among my friends/acquaintances.  I'm putting together my new 14in WSM tomorrow and plan on grilling Friday. I will post photos of my first smoke for the admiration of all, LOL

   This is the place to be for any questions you have. It sure has helped me so much since

I started smoking meat.

  People are friendly and are willing to share their experience with anyone who asks.

    I have a 40" Masterbuilt LP Gas Smoker and I love it. My husband just bought me a

smartphone. I am not quite sure how to post pictures yet. My hubby  had a welder friend

make me a rolling stand for my smoker and I want to post some pic's as soon as I can figure

out how it's done. The stand works great, I can now move my smoker out of the garage with

out any assistance.
