New Smoker Questions

Hi all, its been awhile. I have been thinking of getting another smoker. I have a small SFB now. I want something I can set and forget, or as close to that as I can get. What is best, porpane or electric? I want something that will work good in all the different seasons we have in MN.

I like the MES 40", It is well insulated and it is a snap to use, "Even a Caveman Can Do It"...  Basically Set it and forget it, especially with an AMNS or AMNPS...

Just so Im clear the MES is Masterbuilt right? Is elecrtic or propane better? What is AMNS and AMNPS?
