Meat Mopper
Hey guys it might be me, but I decided I wanted to build a UDS/SDS smoker. I have a few extra barrels laying around for "project" purposes. Anyhow I did a search here but couldn't find any posts with the drawings for cutting and drilling and such. Anybody want to part with the project drawings on this? I have seen so many people post their pic's of them and say how long they burn a load of fuel that I finally decided I need to give one a shot. What do I have to lose? Always room for another smoker and the briskets, ribs and fatty's that would come off of one never hurt anybody, especially me.
