New smoker in ok. Here's my first Pork but!

Followed a recipe on here and have been reading like a maniac! There is more information on here than my mind can hold!! But hey, like I've read. It's hard to screw up a pork butt. So off I went.

Thanks kbuckeye! It was the best pulled pork I've ever eaten. I used the red bell pepper rub that I found on here and everyone that are it wouldn't put any other sauce on it!! My Ribs were tasty but not quite as tender as I would have liked by dinner time. I'm thrilled though with the results and KNOW all it does is get better from here.

Thanks guys! I'm in okc. I've wanted to do this forever and just never took the time to learn. If I'd have known that there was a resource like this that is soo willing to share recipes I would have done this years ago.
