HI everyone.My name is Rick.I,m from Fall River Mass.Got a new smoker from the wife on my birthday.The ECB. Got alot of info from this site,This is a great one.I did the mods to the smoker.It works pretty dam good.cooked some ribs yesterday,took about 6 hours,For the first time .They came out great.The wife loved them.Just want to say Hello to everyone.I,ll to post Before and after
