New Smoker in Little Rock, Arkansas

Well, new to the forum.  Not so new to smoking. 

Started out years ago on an old Weber.  I graduated to a home-made stick burner that I eventually gave away.

I still have an old Hasty Bake that I keep at the river.  I love that thing.

My latest love is a Yoder YS-640.  My first pellet smoker.  I've been using it the past year and a half.  I started looking around on the web after having a fire spread back into my pellet hopper on an overnight smoke.  I suspect it was due to older pellets I kept in a chest outside after looking around here. 

I'm glad I found this place.  Looks like a nice place to hang around.
