Occasionally thought about getting a smoker, but when I found one at one of those liquidation auction sites at a great price, I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger.
It’s a Masterbuilt 40” electric smoker. Got it seasoned the first night and did some ribs in it with some homemade rub yesterday. Turned out pretty good considering it was my first time smoking.
