New smoker in Cincinnati

Hello everyone!

My name is Justin, I live in the Cincinnati area.  I've been trolling the boards for a few months now.  My wife got me a propane smoker for our anniversary back in October.  Still pretty new to smoking, I've had great success with whole chickens and turkeys, decent at ribs and still banging my head against the wall whenever I try a brisket!
