New smoker here...

Hi everybody!

I'm in Austin, TX and just bought a MES 40 from SamsClub.  After spending many hours surfing this forum and getting lost in the sea of information, I ordered an AMNPS and an assortment of pellets to go with it.  All of my outdoor cooking experience has been a grill and a turkey fryer.  Really looking forward to learning the art of smoking.
