I purchased a master built 30 propane smoker. Im just a backyard smoker. I read your guys and gals forums for advice and all your guys and gals info is awesome

big dirt, glad to have you here at SMF. I have a GOSM big block smoker that's a propane burner-it also has a side fire box so I can fire it up with charcoal as well. I need to replace my burner as it has a crack that goes through on side of the burner ring. It's a cast iron burner so I'm going to swap it out with the burner from my turkey fryer or find a stainless steel burner.
