Hey there everyone I'm brand new to Smoking I've been reading a lot on here and have enjoyed all the good tips you guys have to share. I have a smoker my father in law let me have I'm not to sure on the brand of the smoker but it's an offset smoker. I plan on doing my first smoke next weekend I might start off with a chicken for my first time don't want to ruin a brisket on my first try lol we'll my names Jerry and I'm glad to he here.
