New smoker have been visiting this site for a while, but my first post.

Hi Jeff and fellow smokers.
I currently don't own a smoker but have friends that do and absolutely love the flavour, especially smoked eel. im unsure as yet on which brand of smoker to purchase as my friends that have them are home made jobs so unsure on the type to purchase as yet. I live in near Geelong in Australia in a place called Drysdale which is in south eastern Australia in the state of Victoria. Love reading other reader stories about foods to try and the types of smokers available, great site and very informative. Bye for now. Regards Andrew.
