New smoker from ND!

Just picked up a Char Griller Smokin Champ for my intro to smoked goods. I am completely green so I look forward to learning all that I can on these forums! Seasoned it this morning and cooked some cheap steaks on it tonight. Smoked them good, but over cooked them while finishing after getting a little side tracked
