I'm glad I found this site. I have been trying to find smoker plans and stumbled upon this site. My wife and I are attempting to transition to become more self sufficient by growing our own vegetable, canning, making soap, etc. and also smoking and preserving meat. As far as smoking goes I have a great deal to learn but I am ready to do that. I am hoping you all are willing to help me. Thanks folks.
