hey guys, been new to smoking meats for over a year now , im 23 From ridge NY looking to open up a restaurant in the near future. I own a electric smoker which i am not really a fan of, and i purchased a new Brinkman SmokeNGrill the horizontal offset smoker box which im a fan of. Made some Mods to it too for better smoke/heat.
Really want to master brisket and Pork shoulders, smoked a roast beef and country stlye ribs so far and they were a great success
