New smoker for Christmas!

Hi everyone!

I'm Al from Michigan. I received a Masterbuilt 30" Electric smoker with digital controls for Christmas. I have already smoke some of the basics.

The pork tenderloin came out a little dry. Venison meatballs are really good. Pork ribs came out perfect. Chicken quarters have been awesome as well.

Looking for tips on Venison jerky, Venison snack sticks, pork butt, prime rib and anything else delicious!!

Welcome to the site Al.  Congratulations on your new smoker.  Sounds like your off to a pretty good start with smoking.
