Still exploring here. Posted an intro somewhere - but dunno where it is now. Want to read & learn. My grandpa's neighbor had a smokehouse in her yard when I was a kid - almost 60 years ago. She used to make her own dry chorizo. My daughter and I are always looking for ways to make food at home. I raise sheep and poultry. She's city, but her hubby has kin in rural area and sometimes gets fresh meat. So I started remembering grandpa's buddy - and realized I forgot the configuration of her smoke-shed. Came to refresh my memory.
