Hi, my wife and I are retired and are active in fishing, boating, and shooting. We cook out all year long. I have smoked meat for many years but I am still learning. I still have my charcoal smokers and a Weber kettle grill, Weber gas grill, and our new Silverbac pellet. We are looking forward to learn from all of you on any new ways to use our equipment.
