Ordered this a couple of weeks ago and after what felt like forever dealing with ESTES Freight it was delivered and I put it together yesterday. Did the burn in and put some chicken thighs on after to say I did a cook. Let see how this adventure goes.

Rec Teq does have sales, usually around the holidays. Not sure if this specific one as on sale. many years ago when I got my rt700, I got a bundle of stuff which brought the price of it all down.

Yes they have sales. Like @sandyut said, it's usually around the holidays.. I got my 1400XL last year during the labor day sale .
