New Q'er from Utah

Hey Everyone,

My Name is Greg, I'm in the Salt Lake City, UT area.

I have been reading this forum for a while, and finally got the go-ahead to purchase a smoker! I've been reading and gathering as much knowledge for my smoker's maiden voyage, and my second attempt at smoking meat (first attempt was chicken, turned out great).

I'm looking forward to Q'ing with the pros!
