I just picked up from Costco the Louisiana SL 1000. I've had a Brinkmann Trailmaster Pro for the last 10+ years. With Brinkmann going out of business and lack of available parts, I decided to make the switch.
Costco had a great deal $499 through last weekend. It arrived yesterday and setup was fairly easy by myself. I did the initial burn in and anxious to try it out this weekend. I will say I'm looking forward to not chasing temperatures on the Brinkmann, it has always been fickle in keeping a consistent temp.
