I recently screwed up a brisket and one of the reasons was my meat probe was off on my thermopro I think I have the TP20 (orange with bbq and meat probe). Anyway, I noticed that they are now making new probes and when they arrived, they are better quality and bigger. Just thought I would share for those that have the same therm.
