New poster, old smoker

Hello all,

I am a long time transplanted yankee in the land of Dixie. I have been q-ing and smoking for goin' on seven or eight years now. Don't get to do it as much as I like but when we do the reward is worth the effort.

My favorite dish is chicken...sorry I just love the rubber skin when you are done w/ the smokin, and the meat is awesome. Have done most of mine with a brinkman grill and smoker side box but my father-in-law (PA boy who loves bbq) gave me a propane box smoker. Searching for beta and found y'all.

Good to be a part...already learned a ton of great stuff.
