New PA Smoker

Whats up SMF, new guy from Chester County, PA here. Been grilling on gas for most of my time, save for a few tiny charcoal grills, but the wife just got me my first smoker. A new GMG Daniel Boone pellet smoker. Looking forward to learning lots from the forum, and adding this to my ever growing list of hobbies. Its going to be nice to have some home smoked foods to go with my homebrewed beer (been brewing since '04), and homegrown superhot peppers (which I'll now be smoking some). See you around.
