New on Smoking

Hey yall,

I am from Lakeland, TN (basically Memphis).  I am a novice smoker.  I love to smoke butts just because my grill doesn't have a smoker box so not much room to do anything else.  I mainly cook for my family and they all like the taste.  Hope to find some new tips on smoking the perfect butt.
