Hi -

After owning an IPT Pellet Grill for a few years decided to upgrade to the Memphis Pro....bought from a local dealer here in NJ. The Memphis was delivered on Thursday and I put it together today did the seasoning and cooked a few burgers tonight that were fantastic.  The Memphis runs much quieter than the IPT did as well. Really like the controller on the Memphis too.

One question that maybe another Memphis owner can answer, unrelated to cooking....the main grates look like they are supposed to be 2 pieces but my grates are actually in 4 sections. Not a big deal, but just wondering if anyone knows if they made that change recently? In a way it's convenient because you can just remove the middle 2 sections to change out the flavorizer insert, etc.

Welcome to the group RC, and congrats on that new Memphis!  Those are very nice rigs!

Great pix of the tasty tasty murdered pig. But what about the instrument which transforms the pig into smokey moursels fit for gods? :grilling_smilie:
