Just saying hello. Am excited to be a member of this forum & hope to improve my skills as a "rookie" meat smoker. I have a small (6 ft. long) tow behind made from a propane tank.

newbie here too - I've been lurking for a month or so now and just bought a Weber Smokey Mtn.
