Flyndutchman is what I go by in more than 1 hobby. Just gott a GMG DC did a stake last night turned out fantastic. Getting ready to do a bunch of Salmon. I live in central Ca. Soon moving to get the hell out of California. Looking for some new recipes. This is my first pellet grill. Love how easy to hold the temp. Wanting to try so,e new things like beef jerky so will need a recipe for that.
