Hello Everyone and Thanks for the Add !

I currently reside in Central Florida and am originally from Western NC. As many of you know NC is pretty well know for it's BBQ.My wife bought me an Electric Smoker for Christmas 16 and  swears its the best investment she's ever made ! LOL ! I am employed as a Fire Fire Fighter Paramedic and the guys at the station agree as well, its the best purchase she's ever made ! I really have'nt discovered any meat/chicken recipes i prefer. I usually go on a whim and mix what i think is good and go with it. Today as i write this I am currently smoking 2 Boston Butts and 2 racks of Baby Back's. I look forward to learning from all of you and if anyOne is in central Florida, hit me up an maybe we can have a beer and smoke together sometime !
