Hi, My neme is Val.
I love outdoor cooking. Pit bbq in the ground (dad and Gpa taught me), Grilling, Bbq and smoking.
I got a GMG pellet grill for Fathers Day. I also have an offset wood smoker ans propane grill.
I do LOTS of cooking since my wife cant boil an egg. Plus being in Southern Cal the weather is always good for out door cooking. Hope to learn lots in this forum.
