Hello everyone

I am new to real smoking. I had a Brinkman I bought about 30 years ago but, never had any luck. It was basically uncontrollable for me. I recently purchased a slightly used 22.5" WSM and am excited about it.

I live in NW Georgia and am recently retired. I hope to have some time to have some fun for a change LOL.

Hello and welcome Super Smoke, these folks can and will make sure you get

headed in the right direction.

You tell them what you do know and what you want to smoke

they'll have you smokin' up a storm.

Lots of knowledge here, many points of view.

Everybody has their own way of doing things.

Even your worst ones still taste great.
