Just starting out here on the smoking meat forum. From Fredonia Wisconsin and have been smoking my own summer sausage and ring Bologna for many years. Just bought a pellet grill and want to learn how the smoke on it. This looks like the place to learn.
Thanks. Just did my first chick on the pellet grill and turned out awesome. Took everyone's advice and brined it first. Made chicken salad afterwards was awesome again. Have a pork roast smoking on the grill since lunch. Hoping the gold dust rub is good.
