Hi, I am from Bismarck, ND and just purchased a smoker. I have been interested in purchasing a smoker for a number of years, but coming back from a trip to AK and having a bunch of salmon in the freezer has let me to finally getting one. I have a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite 30 Analog Smoker. I am also excited to use it for much more than fish.
Any pointers on the use of my particular smoker would be great. I was looking at the amazen pellet tubes, they seem to be pretty popular among forum users.
