Just wanted to say hi. I received an early Father's Day present this week . I got a MES 30 and have already smoked some rainbow trout that turned out to be very tasty. I found some help on smoking the fish on this forum and am very excited to try some chicken and salmon later this week, so, thought I should join to get some more info
