Hi y'all. I am new to the forum and smoking, in general.  We just bought a Masterbuilt smoker and am looking forward to getting started. I live just south of York, Pa. I tried smoking a number of years back, with a charcoal smoker, and it was too difficult to get a good product. The only thing I smoke now, is a great cigar.  retiredsgt.
