Hi!
I am new to smoking and at this point I set up my Weber as my uncle told me to by using a drip pan with cowboy charcoal on either side. We have an old wood stove that I would like to convert to a larger smoker this spring (when and if it gets here!)
We live on about 5 acres, what I like to call the chicken and kitten ranch.
Very happy to have found this forum and Im looking forward to learning from all of you~

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.
