Hi.
My name is Scott Jeffrey, I am 48 years old and I live in Tecumseh, MI (GO BLUE!!!) I have become a very avid meat smoker over the last 3-4 years, learning a lot of recipe's and techniques from being a member of Jeff's e-mail list. I have purchased the rub and barbecue sauce recipe's, and this summer I purchased the cookbook. Three of the best purchases I have ever made!!
I am now very well known in my area for my smoked butt/pulled pork. I often have people call me to prepare 1-2 for them.
I use an electric Bradley for long smoke times (brisket, etc.) I use a Chargriller for short times (pork shoulder, fish, bologna, etc.)
I hope to learn lots, lots more here!
