Hi Everyone-
I appreciate all of the great stuff I have been reading the past few weeks after I found this site.
My wife was nice enough to give me a Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse this past Christmas. I didn't use it unti this past July (shame on me for waiting so long!!).
Thus far, I have done a whole chicken, a pork shoulder, ABTs (which I discovered here), chicken legs, and St Louis spare ribs (2x). The food has been great each time! Tomorrow I am going to do a rack of ribs and also some Mac and Cheese. I'll try to take some pictures.
Also, I am NJ born and bred but now live in Pottstown, PA (not too far from Philly for those not familiar with PA.)
