Hi everybody, My name is Mike, I live in the black hills of South Dakota. I have been smoking for about seven years, I started on a regular grill and now use a side box smoker and a pellet smoker(traeger). I do prefer the charcoal/wood over the pellets but the traeger comes in handy! I have plans to build a reverse flow smoker out of a propane tank this summer. I do make my own rubs and sauce and really enjoy it! I look forward to getting to know you all!
