Hi all. My name is Ken and I live in Fort Myers, FL. I'm definitely an amateur but love to smoke. I currently have a Cookshack Smokette but it's far too small. I'm an investor in a small Resturant my kids run and I'd like to add smoked meats and seafood to the menu when I get good enough.

I'm looking for a larger smoker and considering a Horizon 16 offset smoker or a Good One small unit. Recommendations are most welcome. My budget is around $1200 for a good wood smoker. Is that realistic?

Thank!

Welcome Ken, with your budget you might check into a Yoder YS 480 or 640..... I am lazy so I went pellet this time and love it.
