my name is pat Im from upstate n.y..I own a charbroil H20 with three racks and a small binkman with two racks.The charbroil is electric and the brinkman I use cow chips.I have been smoking for about 18yrs.I smoke for a hobby now but thinking of trying to make some money from It.I don't know how I usually give all of it away.IM looking forward to learning from all you professionals out there.HAPPY SMOKING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
