Hello all.  I'm Cris from (a very small town in) AZ.

In my hours (and hours) of research, I was watching a YT video, and in the process was referred to this site.

One of my best friends and I are looking into opening up a small take-out bbq business. We feel that now's the time because there are no other bbq restaurants in our local area, so there's no competition, and people are looking for something new. We are also looking into catering somewhere down the line. 

So glad to be here and looking forward to learning more about your experiences!
