Hi all. I found this group while looking for some sausage calculators. Aside from sausage, I smoke, grill and bbq all kinds of food. You name it and I'll eat it. My typical setup for now is a 22" weber kettle with the G'rillQue in place for low n slow, or for a hot/cold zone setup, or without it for all other situations. I'm looking forward to learning many new techniques and recipes here. Thanks for letting me be a part of this great community. Cheers!!
