Hi all,
I just joined this site yesterday. Looks like there's a lot of great information here, and I thought I could add a little myself.
I started smoking at the beginning of this year. I spent a few months writing a program for an arduino and I built 2 smokers. It's a fairly advanced PID controller that works similarly to what's currently on the market, but it's a ton cheaper for me to make it myself than buy one.
I'm thinking my next smoker build will be a vertical reverse flow. Looks like an easy to make design...
