Hi everyone,

Glad to join the forum! I've always enjoyed BBQ and outdoor cooking, and I'm looking forward to learning more from everyone here.

I'm particularly interested in getting better at brisket, ribs, chicken, and experimenting with different woods, rubs, and smoking techniques.

I've already been browsing through some of the older threads and there's a lot of great information here.

Looking forward to learning, sharing some cooks, and contributing to the community.
