After being a long time on again off again guest lurking and resourcing the knowledge base here, I thought it would be proper to officially signup and hopefully make some helpful and meaningful contributions. Hopefully meet some folks and make a few friends too :-)
I've been pretty active cooking, grilling, and smoking most of my adult life. I have had an assortment of grills and smokers through the years and I love my Weber products. Both my WSM and Kettle have seen their fair share of action. I also homebrew beer, hence the user name, BSBrewer. I've been brewing since 2011 and have been involved in the competition circuit as a brewer and judge. I consider these two hobbies to be about the best there are. I mean, BBQ and Beer?!
