Hi guys! New member here from Spring, Texas. I’m originally from South Africa and have been in the States for a couple of years now. A little background - South Africans live for grilling! It’s deeply ingrained in our culture. Our style of grilling is very similar to Argentine style grilling, with a lot of cooking over wood fire coals as well as charcoal, if you're lazy or can't find quality firewood. I’m looking forward to exploring the forum, contributing where I can, and learning as much as possible from fellow forum members!
